  We had a wonderful holiday staying at this villa and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Naples. The villa is very homely, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The pool and spa are beautiful, great for relaxing and having fun in.
   The villa is very close to restaurants, shopping, attractions and the many beautiful beaches. We hope to stay in this villa again in the future.

   As soon as we entered the villa we were absolutely thrilled to have rented this villa. It really has the 'wow' factor.It has been furnished to a very high standard and is extremely classey. The bedrooms are well designed for privacy as they can be closed off from the living areas, all the beds and bedlinens are of top quality. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in with lots of nice crockery and pots and pans. 
  The lounge is very comfortable with a huge plasma TV and lots of comfortable settees. As the weather was so hot, we spent a lot of time around the pool which has high quality tables, chairs and sunloungers and overlooks a beautiful lake which has otters in. The villa is situated on a very exclusive gated estate and is very handy for beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. 
  I have rented villas in Florida in the past and have often been disappointed that they did not come up to expectation but I can honestly say this villa really did tick all the right boxes and we hope to return there again in the not too distant future

   Our stay in this beautiful Naples home was truly amazing. After a crazy few days in Orlando, retreating to this stunning house on the lake was exactly what we needed and more than met our expectations.
   The house is fantastically located near everything you could possibly need in Naples and right on a lakeside where we spent hours watching birds, numerous sunrises/sunsets and enjoying balmy evenings on the lanai having family bbqs. So nice in fact that we hardly went out for dinner in the evenings at all! It also has a big, beautiful pool perfect for splashing around and cooling down.
   We also enjoyed the Spa watching the sunset with a lovely cocktail (in a plastic glass I will add) Eileen really provided everything we could have wished for, from the stress free booking procedure through to the information brochure provided in the villa.
   We loved the beaches and Briarwood commual pools, also played a lot of tennis and golf on those amazing courses. Flamingo Palms is set in a very private cul de sac and we found it very peaceful to be there. We will certainly return again next year - if there is the availability left for us! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us, it was greatfully appreciated.

   We had an excellent stay at this home. We were a group of six adults and no one felt crowded. This home can be like three apartments. Our weather was great, (March-April). The beaches are beautiful, and there are many great restaurants in the area. We had great morning walks within this gated community. This home is very clean, and the description is very accurate. The owner provided us with great customer service. You really couldn't ask for anything more. A family could also be very comfortable in this home.
